"you make $200K, man. what you crying about" He then showed me the math... $200K in Texas = $12,800/month take-home > $2,510 mortgage > $620 property taxes (Texas will bleed you quietly) > $350 homeowners insurance > $150 HOA (for a gate, a pond, and a newsletter nobody reads) > $1,800 health insurance for the family > $1,000 daycare for ONE kid > $1,050 groceries > $500 car note > $220 car insurance > $350 utilities > $375 home maintenance Total: $8,925 He's left with $3,875. Then, he still has student loans, date nights and holidays sitting on the side. A decade ago… A quarter of that salary is what somebody needed to buy that same house and raise that same family. Now $200,000 a year and you're still watching your account like something is wrong. The economy is really cooked for 9-5ers

Casual sex is unironically a huge part of why so many women have become politically radicalized. If you ask a random woman why she hates men, 95% chance it boils down to sexual grievance, accumulated from embarrassing experiences like the OP. I witnessed this myself in college: one too many bad situationships, and they begin to carry this feeling of being a piece of meat everywhere, projecting it onto “society” despite there being zero material evidence of structural misogyny in the West. The bitter irony is that hookup / situationship culture is a byproduct of feminism; they fought for the ability to be treated like pieces of meat, to be equal to men sexual the way gay men are with each other, but the attainment of this freedom has done nothing but foment an even deeper hatred of their father’s civilization

@DefiantBaptist @RageRead I have a lot of respect for Allie, but her marriage is an exception to rule. Women who have multiple sexual partners usually end up divorced. There are real world consequences to sin.

First, there is zero mention of academics. For Allie, college was about making friends and possibly finding a husband. In 35 minutes of speaking about this, she never says that she should have focused more on school. Second, she blames her partying phase on a difficult breakup and really doesn’t take any responsibility for the debauchery she was involved in. It sounds very similar to modern women wanting to find themselves after being tied down by a serious relationship. Third, while Stuckey denies sleeping around in high school, there was no such denial regarding her college years. Such an omission is quite suspicious. Finally, Allie adopts the same “God fixes everything for promiscuous women” attitude that has been playing on repeat this week, including from Allie herself. If indeed she had a promiscuous phase in college, that would no doubt inform her perspective on the Ashley Sheatz story. What do you think?
