@SouthwestAir My case 59278055 was denied. I am a FREQUENT customer and I should be able to trust ur HOTEL recommendations from SOUTHWEST VACATIONS. There were MAJOR safety issues and my son and I were FORCED 2 leave that night & rebook another SAFER hotel. I DERSERVE a refund!

@SouthwestAir Case# 59278055 I DERSERVE a refund. The hotel had MAJOR safety issues. My 1st floor patio door DID NOT lock and customer service DID NOT care. It was just my son & myself. Completely unsafe! Ur company offering that hotel as a choice was wrong & unprofessional!
