It’s been over and I have got nowhere with you either via phone, email, or Twitter. You just don’t reply. This is shocking customer service. How do you drop customers off at random stops and believe it’s acceptable?? @NX_MD @nationalexpress

@NX_MD @nxwestmidlands, @NX_MD - I'm still disappointed by the complete lack of engagement following reporting one of your drivers yelling at an elderly passenger. It's now been 2 full months and no response. What if he's done it again? Maybe @WestMids_CA or @MayorWestMids can help?

@nationalexpress @NX_MD @stevewebb1 @rosaltmann Was told over 3 weeks ago (Oct 7th), I'd have some vouchers delivered within 10 working days, now been 16 working days and nothing. Was on hold for 2hrs last time I called that number, can't afford that again!! Your postal delivery is as bad as your bus service, awful!!
