Robotics As @0xdetweiler has been posting recently, Mcap of robotics coins - 250-300m mcap in total Mcap of AI agents coins - 5B Recently @coingecko added a robotics section and if you've paid attention a few robotics coins have been going up steadily $CODEC , $SAPIEN Realistically humanoid robotics are at least 5-10 years away in the real world (to fully replace warehouse workers, that truly is a scary thing to type), however imo speculation can be made in this sector With only a few legitimate coins (and MUCH harder barriers to entry bcos u cant just GPT wrapper robotics, u need physical presence and lots of planning/thinking, start up costs etc rather than some bullshit Agents crap) For this narrative to fully take off though, it does need a real world catalyst, whether thru Elon with his robo taxis, @Rewkang to jerk off his Figure AI investment or more realistically breakthroughs in China (its happening, they r by far the leaders in this space, cnbc.com/2025/09/08/ali…, just yday). However, imo there is room for speculation which is what crypto does best Apart from those forementioned, $EMDR @modulr_cloud actually connects blockchain with this physical sector of robotics In short it gives builders/developers a toolkit to launch custom co-chains, tailored for robots including for data training, computing power, robotic fleet coordination and more Further, with Modulr 's own robotics co-chain very soon, it'll be the first blockchain to support physical robotics at the protocol level. Like its pretty insane that machines like Tesla bots, DJI drones, and Unitree quadrupeds can all be controlled directly from the cloud, pilots are currently being developed with Virginia Tech and additional partners. Also , the fact that the team consists of Ex Amason senior robotics team members and PHDs from ex NASA , its really cool what they're building be warned, a bunch of larps will launch in the future if this narrative takes off, which probably will consist of a basement dev taking a picture of a robotic from his backyard and claiming its 'robotics', stick to things already built rn.
