Today I swore in as the Secretary for Publicity of the National Youth Council, taken over the publicity secretary officially and now ready to execute my duties.

I congratulate the National Youth council Executive in the leadership of Chairman @DanielOngom_A upon officially taking oath, to serve the young people of Uganda. In a similar spirit, I thank the outgoing Executive under the leadership of Chairperson @Jacobeyeru for the progress of the Council so far, Weldone.

Many young people cry out after being cheated. If any of the companies listed below has cheated you, the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development (@Mglsd_UG) will support you in recovering your money. Additionally, these companies are responsible for following up on your safety and welfare in any workplace you are recruited to. They are fully regulated and monitored by the government through MGLSD. Visit your nearest Ministry of Labour office or the official website for assistance and more information. @NYCofUganda signed an MOU with @Afroarabyouth to strengthen cooperation between Ugandan youth governance and the Afro-Arab Youth Council, enhancing youth empowerment in leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship. NYC will be AAYC's principal partner in Uganda.
