I have been thinking about this over the last week.. Yes, 20% of the global oil and gas demand transited the Strait of Hormuz However, oil fields and processing plants are spread all over the world. It is not unreasonable to realise that this 20% short fall in demand could VERY VERY easily be accommodated by a corresponding increase in production by these fields. NONE of these fields will be extracting hydrocarbons at their maximum rate. The FACT the world media has NOT covered this makes it even more obvouse this thripling in fuel costs within 3 weeks.. Is a psyop and massive MONEY GRAB - A gouging. A wealth transfer from the public worldwide on an epic scale. Time to stand back from what they demand you look at. Australia produces up to 398,000 barrels of crude oil per day. If we stopped exporting our crude oil, had the 6 major refineries closed since 2012 re-opened, and combined that with the imports still being received - we wouldn't run out of fuel. Why won't the government do this?
