NEWS: Judge Amit Mehta rules Trump is NOT immune for key Jan. 6 conduct—including his Ellipse rally speech, outreach to officials, and related actions—finding they can be treated as campaign activity, not presidential duties.
That means civil lawsuits can move forward. The court also rejected Trump’s First Amendment defense and blocked a DOJ effort that could have shielded him from liability.

The United States has spent:
$21 billion on the Iran war in 30 days.
$100 million on Trump’s golf tab this term.
$200 billion requested for Pentagon weapons.
$8 trillion on wars since September 11th.
But daycare is not possible.
Medicare is not possible.
Medicaid — which covers 72 million Americans including children, seniors, and people with disabilities — is not possible.

Now let’s talk about the bipartisan nature of this corruption.

That’s the scandal.
As an American I am embarrassed by it.
As an American I want it to stop.
Get Citizens United off the books. Pass the Bets Off Act. Reinstate the Stock Act with teeth.
Or just keep watching them get rich while you pay the price.

the FBI spent two years investigating Hillary Clinton for using a personal email for government work.. it dominated every news cycle.. it decided an election.. "lock her up.."
the man they put in charge of the FBI.. just got his personal email hacked by Iran..
the DOJ confirmed it.. Iran-linked group "Handala" breached FBI Director Kash Patel's personal email and got his data..
think about the timing..
America has fired 850 Tomahawk missiles at Iran this month.. spent billions.. and Iran didn't fire back with a missile..
they walked through the front door of the FBI..
and here's what nobody wants to say out loud.. the FBI Director was using a personal email in the first place.. the same thing the FBI called a national security threat when Hillary did it..
the agency that decides what's a crime.. doesn't follow its own rules..
The rules only apply until you're the one making them.

Donald Trump Jr. bought into a company. 3 months later, his dad's Pentagon handed them $620 million in taxpayer dollars. Democrats forced a vote to subpoena Don Jr. today to come clean about this shady deal.
But Republicans blocked it and even shut down the hearing to protect him.
