Please help!! have fault on ph line & engineer booked. Have now also lost broadband (48hrs ago)but because of engineer appt, system won’t let me report loss of broadband. Can’t get through to customer service. Have tried community support but no response. Please help!! @TalkTalk

@British_Airways flew BA LHR-CPT via JNB with 3mo. 1st & last leg told 2 use infant lap belt. 2nd & 3rd leg told not 2 as could cause serious internal injuries & potentially death in event of accident! Put my baby at risk! Conflicting advice really concerning! Not good enough!!😡

@British_Airways U haven’t understood nature of my concern. Have no issue with Comair. For all I know their policy is the correct one. My issue is with conflicting advice on a BA flight. You and your partners should be streamlined. Was forced 2 put my baby at risk but don’t know who was correct

@British_Airways It was a BA branded flight, not a Comair flight! The plane, uniforms etc were branded BA. Raised this issue w cabin crew on 4th leg who were far more concerned than you and escalated it internally. They suggested I also contact BA through twitter. Your response is not acceptable!

@Nambusi As the flight was with Comair you would need to contact them. It would work the same for example if you booked a ticket through us but had American Airlines flights in the booking and there was an issue on one of their flights. Tom

@British_Airways No Tom! I booked and paid for a flight with BA. I did not book with Comair. They are your partner! I would advise you to get in contact with Comair and then report back to me rather than trying to avoid taking responsibility!

@British_Airways Hi Tom. It was operated by Comair although it was a BA service down to the branding of the plane, staff uniforms, welcome/info over the tannoy etc
