@EHABF14 He always shoots the impossible always hard spots to shoot going through legs and 2 to 3 defenders in front of him plus keeper and does a low volley and goes for hard to reach places and plus controls that low volley keeping it down. Always insane goals forever the GOAT !

Holy shit Denz Wtf I saw the news yesterday! It’s a shame what happend with all these game companies going down or restructuring. So much good talent out of work it’s insane.
I’m sure you will get a job quick bro seriously awesome stuff as usual ! Just hang in there or if your still in brizzy let me know I’m still in Japan but I’ll see if I can help you out.

@tobyasky Looks like a low volley kick to me we used to practice that in training

I feel bad for Tanaka but he should have been substituted earlier.. truly amazing player but he was having such a bad day. So many misses and missed passes and misjudgement especially that second goal he basically gave it for free. When you are in the back line box that close… clear the freakin ball out of there… he FAFO at the most bad time and he had time to clear it. But oh well we are all human and I really hope and sure Tanaka will be awesome in the next couple of years.I just hope Japan is better in the next World Cup they are a world class team with world class players and manager.

This is absolutely true and even if you get in the industry the learning or practice never stops. Thats what separates the great artists to average ones. Even at work all the best of the best I have worked with experiment and do art at home even if we have kids or partners etc…. just keep trying and learning and focus on getting better the smart way.

For 3D students: Most I’ve met simply aren’t doing the hours needed to get into the industry. Studying only 10:00-16:00 every day won’t cut it - particularly since only a portion of the day is spent on actual work.

Would definitely ! I was in games first then film
And CM but man it’s been a damn great ride. Also I was one of those old school guys that did low poly and hand painted textures only and no sculpting. Those where the hard awesome days now it’s flooded with amazing young artists which is great to see but sad for the industry as it’s changing rapidly
English

@Nanoconstrukt Wow 🔥. We have A lot of OGs in the house..
You'd you choose this same path if you go back in time?
English

Super right here in both points below and it hasn’t changed and will never change it’s rooted into culture and even to the young new ones that come in and work till retire… and it’s not just square enix almost all AAA game companies follow same process
“
• He blames the stagnation on bureaucracy: "They're so used to being slow that they can't imagine what it's like to act fast." 🐢
⚠️ He warns that if the executives don't cut these problems at the root to innovate, the brand's future is in jeopardy. “

Your right on all points. By law it’s hard to fire people here in Japan. I work here too and for many years and luckIy I work with super talented people and they are not loud and work very hard even with low pay.
Totally different when I was back overseas I quit in a heart beat and look somewhere else if the company is toxic.
And yes worse management is ingrained in most Japanese companies cause that’s what their used to. Hell I work here and yes I have to get used to crap management and super disorganized clients expecting your work for almost free. luckily my boss knows the crap he has to deal with as well we bite our tongues cause nothing changes.
I can go on… :)
English

I’ve worked in Japanese companies for years. Here’s why talented people leave:
It’s never about the hours. It’s about five things:
1.The loudest complainer controls the room
2.The problem employee has “been here too long to fire”
3.Recruiters fill seats, not roles
4.“Just try harder” (ganbatte) replaces actual management
5.Quiet, competent people get buried under louder ones
The ones who can leave, leave.
The ones who stay, stop trying.
Is this a Japan thing, or everywhere?

Okay, sure, Jordan can make a traffic cone in 20 seconds with the bevel shader.
But what about an unnecessarily detailed one, with high poly, low poly, UVs, bakes, and textures in a little over two hours?
Also yes.

Jordan Cain@ThatNgonGuy
What's faster than an AI traffic cone? A bevel shader traffic cone.

@henningsanden Ahhh classic… but Man U guys should have seen polycount back in the days that’s where you will learn crazy 3d stuff…
