@zeptocares order # NVGNJMKAR82332 recieved stale ad rotten bananas.No solutions from chat after posting says send email then why have chat feature for complaints.order 1 shipment took 50minutes and 2nd shipment never dispatched past 1 hr i had to cancel

@zeptocares dear zepto since yesterday rs40 is appear as handling charges on my family mobile #s where a small or big order why? Did you launch in Nov 2025 no handling fees and surge fees and reduced free delivery to rs99. So how come you stared handling charges.
