I’ve given serious thought to working at Roblox, but I worry that I wouldn’t have as much flexible freetime anymore. Plus you guys would probably never hear anything interesting out of my mouth again. It was my dream job when I was younger and the company was smaller.

Roblox has released an update on the dynamic head migration and has shown making dynamic heads static using a toggle.
We still think that forcing dynamic counterparts of static faces People pay tens of thousands of Robux for no matter how much QA is done is not the right way to go. When people pay that much for a face they will notice even the slightest differences and that bundling both the classic face and the dynamic face is the better way to go.

In total fairness, this was very early in the period of monetizable Roblox games. Developer Products were only just beginning to roll out to the public and Developer Exchange had only released a few months prior. Murder Mystery was less than a week old when I reached out.
