@bryanhasling @MrFamilyOffice I’m a bit of the exception because I’m a “0 to 1” founder, with three exits in the past 10 years. I plan on curating more of a “formula” for this.

I’ve been working on this for my nephew. Making him develop specific “skills” required to be an enterpreneur & intern at a startup while doing sills training. Skills Include: QuickBooks Certification, Social Media advertising Certification (google, facebook, instagram ads), AI / ChatGPT Class & I am starting him on a project to setup an online store on Amazon & sell a product (where he funds products in clearance at Walmart & arbitrages selling online). To be a founder or valuable to any dynamically changing business, those are the base skills needed & teaches the personal development of problem solving.

Let's say you have a son who is totally entrepreneurial He's 18 and has zero interest in university He wants to get out there into the world and build something Would you support him financially for say three years? Back his ventures, pay his living costs? Parents will happily ship tens of thousands to support their kids at university. But should they back their kids' entrepreneurial pursuits? It's arguably a better life education

Being an entrepreneur, 1st gen family office, uncle of two, and dad of one, The answer is emphatically yes. I don’t foresee my kids going to college (15+ years away) & I’m actively working on an alternative option for my neice and nephew. I don’t believe that Universities are equipped to prepare kids with the skills they need in today’s job market or rapidly changing world.

The government estimates that 70-90% of the US population would die within a YEAR if our electrical grid was taken out by an EMP or cyberattack. China and Russia are ALREADY trying to hack into our grid. Maybe it’s time to prepare.

@OllyToons_NFT @jonahblake @SpeculatorArt The ideal buyer for “Kevin” is likely someone who thinks NFTs are a scam & thus triggers their first purchase of a NFT.

Buying Kevin is a signal to other scam artists that even if you rug you can still make money by delivering horrible work. It’s definitely funny as a meme, but if you’re trading these you’re telling the normie market it’s ok to get scammed.

@jonahblake @BoredApeYC NFTs will become the virtual “VIP Card”. Opening doors otherwise inaccessible both online and in the real world.

What I like about NFTs being adopted by traditional brands is I now have a ton of public data that allows me to further read into the value of the product or service. I would not be shocked to find communities like @BoredApeYC have more real engagement than many blue-chip brands.

@jonahblake Love to see you do a medium or substack write up on how you see the ecosystem continuing to come together.

The single most important tool for any NFT or Blockchain game startup is Discord. That is where sales actually happen.

For the last week, I’ve reached out daily to each via live chat, fb messenger, and support email and recently Twitter. Messenger has been silent. I’m convinced live chat has very limited abilities.
