In Oregon, all water is publicly owned.
Rain that falls on your property. Snow that melts on your land.
Gary Harrington didn’t accept that.
He built three reservoirs on his 170-acre property in Eagle Point — collecting rainwater and snowmelt for personal use and wildfire protection.
The state told him to drain the reservoirs.
He refused.
30 days in jail. Nine misdemeanor convictions. $1,500 fine.
His argument: it’s rain that fell on my land.
Oregon’s argument: all water belongs to us.
Oregon won.

The only way I’m voting for FISA is if SAVE America is attached. I tried to blow it up last time, think I won’t do it again?

@dannykanell Danny!
One of the best gospels of the year where John is talking about how fast he is! Lol

@BretWeinstein Very dramatic video and setting. Message isn’t really wrong, he’s just clearly not an organic video.

I supported Trump in '24 as the only viable and legitimate candidate running. Maybe those, like me, who expected him to avoid war, simply got conned. But that's not the only valid hypothesis. The deep state appeared to vehemently oppose Trump. Presumably it had contingency plans

You won't hear a better 55-second description of MAGA and Trump than this: in terms of the perspective of any minimally honest MAGA supporter:

@TheShadowIntelX I pray he stays safe, but they’ve assassinated people for less.
Pray for Massie.

Thomas Massie hints at U.S. government involvement, Israel-linked intelligence ties, and efforts to keep the Epstein files from fully coming out.
“Epstein had ties through U.S. intelligence—and even Israel’s intelligence.”
“These files implicate powerful people… that’s why there’s so much effort to keep them from coming out.”

@T327297290 @Hero_OfThe_Day This guy always shows up.
The “gather step” guy defending whatever’s in the video.

@Hero_OfThe_Day Gather, 1, 2. Do you even know the rules fam?

@redpilldispensr It literally said in the files he worked for the Rothschilds

According to Tucker Carlson, Jeffrey Epstein operated as a frontman for more powerful individuals, with the real masterminds behind his criminal activities still escaping justice.
"He was an employee, not a boss."
"These witch hunts are a cover for the truly guilty."
"And as someone who cares about justice, that drives me kind of insane."

@Red_Pill_US Who filmed this?
How did we get the footage?
Did that capsule travel all the way back to earth?
Could it steer? Enough fuel? Supplies?

They told us for decades: "Sorry folks, we lost the technology to go back to the Moon. It's just gone."🚀
Now on APRIL FOOL'S DAY they're suddenly taking astronauts back?
Maybe now they can go pick up the astronaut who was left behind to film the lunar module lifting off. Or was that just NASA flexing in 1972 with their fancy self-turning tripod that magically panned to show the whole scene?

might not be a hot take but Gus Johnson is actually horrible

We don't need the Kelces in everything

David Rumsey@_DavidRumsey
News: Jason Kelce's golf broadcasting debut at TGL earlier this month went so well that ESPN is sending him to Augusta National next week. Kelce will serve as an on-course reporter during The Masters Par 3 Contest, conducting interviews with players and their families.

At this point I don't even believe in aliens anymore, the government brings it up too much, 100% a distraction psyop.

BREAKING: Former Congressman Matt Gaetz reveals he was once briefed on alien "breeding programs" where captured aliens were breeding with humans to create a hybrid race.

@bigcontentguy This is the one.
The difference between college NIL deals and pro deals is the occurrence of epic, season ending f*ck ups is far lower with the high paid pros.
Maybe the market fixes itself??

@SethDavisHoops This is a biased take. If this was a no namer making this mistake you’d let them have it I’d bet

Yes, Cayden Boozer should not have attempted the pass. But the problem was more in the execution than the decision. Duke had two players downcourt and well past the defense. All he has to do is get it past the defenders and it's game over. And it still took a 35 footer for UConn to win. The thrill of victory, the agony of defeat.
