@CrossCountryUK Where do we get the rail replacement bus from to leave Plymouth? I booked a train ticket for the 26th Feb on Trainline to travel home to Birmingham but Ive been issued the standard split saver digital ticket and not much else Information other than that 😵💫

@CrossCountryUK currently on the train heading towards Birmingham from Plymouth and there are literally no seats available at all. People are having to stand where possible and im on this service for nearly 3 ½ hours. How is it acceptable to overcrowd a train and charge me £134!

@EE I've done all that, as suggested to me in the past, and on your community too...
But it's only ever your website that needs to do this. Why's that? Everything else works perfectly fine on every other website without having to cleared cache/cookies.
