@DrQasimAkram please can you advise? I have low platelets, low haemoglobin and anti dsdna 29.3 but haven’t tested positive for ANA so my rheum is saying it can’t be lupus. I have fatigue, joint pain, rash, headaches etc I basically feel like I’m dying. Based in south Wales.
