His name was Pradyumn Thakur. He was 7 years old. Class 2 at Ryan International School in Gurugram, Haryana. His father dropped him at the school gate at 7:55 am on September 8, 2017. At 8:08 am, he was found outside a washroom with his throat slit. He was rushed to hospital and declared dead on arrival. The school did not call the police. His parents did. Haryana Police arrived three and a half hours later. They noticed blood stains on bus conductor Ashok Kumar. The same clothes he wore while carrying a bleeding 7 year old child to a car. On September 10, the Police Commissioner held a press conference. He declared Ashok Kumar was the killer. He said Ashok had tried to sexually assault Pradyumn and murdered him. The Chief Minister of Haryana congratulated the police for solving the case. The Bar Association of Gurugram passed a resolution refusing to let any lawyer defend Ashok Kumar. The Supreme Court later disciplined them for this. Pradyumn’s mother said from day one she believed Ashok was being framed. CBI took over the case. They found no forensic evidence against Ashok Kumar. No evidence of sexual assault. The gardener who was first at the scene said he saw no blood on Ashok before Ashok helped carry the child. The claimed semen sample did not exist. [Source: CBI chargesheet 2018] In November 2017, CBI arrested the real accused. A 16 year old student at the same school. CBI said he confessed to killing Pradyumn to get his exams cancelled. He chose his victim randomly. Ashok Kumar was acquitted of all charges on February 28, 2018. [Source: Child Special Court Gurugram judgment February 28, 2018] In January 2021, CBI charged four Gurugram Police officers with framing Ashok Kumar. Falsifying documents. Torture. Criminal conspiracy. [Source: CBI chargesheet January 2021] Those four officers have not been convicted. The Police Commissioner who declared Ashok guilty on television faced no consequences. The Chief Minister who congratulated police faced no consequences. Pradyumn’s family is still waiting for justice for their son. Follow for stories India deserves to remember.

My friend’s ex-girlfriend, who is now married, told him she still loves him. According to information, 28-year-old Utkarsh Shivhare, a resident of the Sai Baba Mandir area died by su*cide on the evening of April 19 by consuming po*son. Before his death, Utkarsh had recorded a video on his mobile phone. In the video, Utkarsh accused his wife Riya Shivhare, father-in-law Jitendra Shivhare, brother-in-law Dhruv, and sister-in-law Riyam Shivhare of mentally and financially harassing him. According to family members, Utkarsh was constantly being pressured for money, and lakhs of rupees had already been taken from him. It is reported that Utkarsh got married to Bhopal resident Riya on February 2, 2025. Soon after the wedding, disputes allegedly began between the couple. After Holi, Riya returned to her parental home in Bhopal and had been staying there since. During this period, Utkarsh was allegedly being harassed. On the day of the incident, Utkarsh consumed po*son at his home. When his condition worsened, he was admitted to the medical college and later referred to Indore for further treatment. However, he died on the way near Badarwas. The police station has registered a case against the deceased’s wife, father-in-law, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law. The police have arrested wife Riya Shivhare, father-in-law Jitendra Shivhare, and brother-in-law Dhruv from Bhopal and brought them to Shivpuri. Another accused, the sister-in-law who lives in Pune, is currently absconding, and the police are searching for her. #formenidia

A Bench of Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice Nongmeikapam Kotiswar Singh dismissed an appeal filed by a mother challenging the denial of maintenance to her daughter, affirming the Delhi High Court's decision in the matter.

Many of these were women whose breasts had been cut off. There were black marks on their private parts. This was the epitome of cruelty. To share his experiences with the world, Rabindranath Dutta wrote a dozen books on ‘Direct Action Day’, the Noakhali massacre, and the 1971 genocide. He funded this by selling his wife's jewelry after her death. His eyewitness accounts, along with his extensive study and research, are included in these books. He says that no leader, film personality, or media figure in Bengal cares about this. Women were raped, and people were forcibly converted. The story of Gopal Chandra Mukherjee, also known as Gopal Patha, and his role on the Hindu side during these riots is very well-known. Gopal Mukherjee formed a militia that defended Hindus during the riots, and this militia fought so fiercely that the leaders of the Muslim League had to request Gopal Mukherjee to stop the bloodshed.

I think anyone could have predicted if they had followed the news on refinery fires in a pattern around the world. There were refinery fires in Mexico, Canada, US (two sites), Russia (two sites), Australia, Ecuador etc one after the other in just the last 20 days or so. Some DS hand with its local elements seems to be behind many is my strong hunch. I could still be wrong, but I think such a series of fires world over in oil refineries is no coincidence. One side wants to cause an oil crunch having prepared for the war with all sorts of buffers, and another wants oil to flow in plenty to arm twist the other more. A simple piece which can be fit into the pattern to see the incentives in such refinery fires. Plus I know for sure adversaries and their DS doesn't want India to benefit from refining Arab and Iran oil in plenty once the war settles. As I had said before, India is to benefit a lot by next year if everything goes as I had forecasted. They also want to hit India economically and destabilize it politically. We all know this, no matter what's your ideology, this has always been the conspiracy against India. Hit jobs on industries and refineries can serve many purposes in one. Geopolitical, economical, and political. A clear pattern I just noticed is a plethora of accounts trying to blame Modi and Govt for the fire. How come so fast, so well organized they are in this propaganda? Is GoI responsible for the fires in Texas refineries, Russian refineries, Australia refinery too? Ridiculous. Or are they all also losers as these comment psyops imply? The 0.5 front of the DS is being used to attack India by all means. Online and offline. By psyops on people and sabotage ops on the country. India still needs to be careful. Should adopt what I call a "conspiratorial preemptive defense posture." इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने मेंटेनेंस (Maintenance) को लेकर पति द्वारा दाखिल याचिका को खारिज करते हुए अपने महत्वपूर्ण फैसले में टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा है कि कोई भी पति अपनी खराब आर्थिक स्थिति का हवाला देकर पत्नी और बच्चों के भरण-पोषण की जिम्मेदारी से बच नहीं सकता. कोर्ट ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को यह आशंका हो कि वैवाहिक संबंध खराब होने की स्थिति में वह परिवार का खर्च नहीं उठा पाएगा, तो उसे विवाह ही नहीं करना चाहिए. कोर्ट ने माना कि एक बार जब कोई पुरुष किसी महिला से शादी कर लेता है, तो वह कानून के तहत उसका भरण-पोषण करने के लिए बाध्य होता है. #AllahabadHighCourt
