We switched to a PO Box due to delivery glitches by all carriers. Since everything now goes to the actual Post Office, we have come to know the employees. They are kind, helpful and work under sub-optimal conditions; for example, no air conditioning ( 100*) for three years in Oklahoma. And now things aren't necessarily like that anymore, but I feel like that's like that in most places. Society has really moved away from us being a community and more into it's all about profit margins, which is just sad” I looked into it and these senior drivers make $120,000–$160,000+ when including benefits and overtime If you fire them and rehire new workers, the new workers only make $50,000 – $80,000+ in the first 1–2 years This saves the company a huge amount of money
