I just passed the 88 hour mark on my fast. Goal is 92 hours, and then after that only bone broth and green juice for a couple more days. This is the hardest fast I’ve done, not because of the length, but because I really allowed myself to eat out too often and had too many packaged foods and added sugars in the last 6 months. My goal is to reset, and be a lot more aware of what is going into my body once again. <3

A lesson in cryfagging. Can you imagine how cool it would be if HEX, or PulseChain, were listed on the homepage of Ethereum's homepage? It'd be cool, but they're not. So let's look at HEX.com and click the 2nd link in the menu. "Links" And look at the 2nd front end link. HEXscout it says. So you'd think that would be cool right? Nope, that website says it's not enough. Over and over again people come, and people go, all kinds of stats sites came and went, wallets came and went, every one with their own particular kind of cryfagging. But you know what never went anywhere at all. Me. Over and over again I've learned that when you bleed awareness to others, it's only a matter of time till they peace out, and usually with some max extraction and some insults. So over the years, you just have to keep publishing that you must have no expectations over others, and you must be the change you wish to see in the world. Anyway, drama aside, anyone can do anything but like, if you've been featured as the #2 front end on a core website forever, really there's no space to be insulting on the way out lol.

WHY USING THE SAC MONEY TO BUY THE CORE COINS IS A COLOSSALLY STUPID IDEA This entire cycle, many people are blaming @RichardHeartWin for the falling prices of the core coins $HEX $PLS $PLSX $INC Apparently Richard has these magic bots that go into other people's wallets undetected and is hitting the sell button, and apparently he could also use that magic bot to hit the buy button (Yes, I have actually heard that from one of these tards). But the most common complaint I hear is that Richard should use the Sac funds to pump the prices of the core coins. It's time to unveil why that would be a colossally stupid idea, especially right now. 🧵

This post goes out to @RichardHeartWin regarding the sacrifice multiplier. Please turn it off. The sacrificer multiple is why we are so low right now imo. Because people who go into the sacrifice and get no multiple get a sac rate of $0.0001, but people who get a multiplier of 2 have a sac rate of .00005 and those who get a 3x get a sac rate of .0000333. It's totally unfair that 2 people can go into the same sacrifice and one of them breaks even at .00003 and holds the rest of the community down until they decide to leave. And they may never leave. I really think that's why the core coins are so low, because top sacrificer like Rackham can still be in profit while he puts his foot on the neck of the price. Make it fair by letting everyone get the same multiplier. .0001 He can still get the majority of the supply, but he won't be able to drag the price down, while everyone is underwater while he is still in profit or break even. Tl;Dr get rid of the sacrifice multiplier please

Thought experiment. Someone tries to sell you something that trades at $1 for $1. But he wants to sell 10,000,000 of them. Ok, well, you'd want a good deal if you were to buy 10 million of something instead of 1 I'd bet. Then you check the market, You see that if you had to resell the thing, you'd only get $2,400,000 for the 10,000,000 of the thing. In that case, it seems like it'd be fair to pay about $2.5M for the 10,000,000 things and not $10,000,000. Why would you pay someone more for something they'd sell to you for less? How do you value something people want to sell you more of than you want, and you can't possibly sell as much as they want to sell you?
