The cancerous malady that is Third Worldism has thrived on Western soil for a very long time. A century ago, Henri Massis warned of those "prophets of disaster" in our midst who speak of the inevitable triumph of supposedly noble "communal" and "spiritual" Eastern nations over the "individualistic" and "rational-scientific" Western civilization. The goals of such doomsayers is "aimed far more at the overthrow of the order of the world than at its determination" and to make "uneasiness universal and renunciation possible, to sap resistance and to darken counsel, to cause us to lose sight of the rules of preservation, to neglect the measures vital to our recovery." The "fatal disorder" of self-repudiation is a great danger because it renders Western man "anxious and defeated in advance . . . [He] recoils before the effort necessary to defend himself." This "Asiaticism," so prevalent in Europe at a time when impressionable minds were fascinated by the rising revolutionary empire to the East, Massis cautioned, is "disposing us to the final dispersal of the heritage of our culture and of all that which enables the man of the West still to keep himself upright on his feet. Personality, unity, stability, authority, continuity—these are the root ideas of the West." archive.org/details/defenc…

@SelectivBreeder Lenin read Aristotle and Hegel. It doesn't change the fact that his mission was mobilizing Asiatic steppe savages against White bourgeois civilization

There's an interesting paper on how 19th century French thinkers understood communism to be essentially a Russian/Asiatic phenomenon and a civilizational threat to classical Western values, long before the emergence of Bolshevism. Note in this excerpt how this proto-Third Worldism already extant in the 1840s resembles embrace of Eastern trad values and "community" among both retard right and left today. #tocto1n3" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">journals.openedition.org/monderusse/869…

@BorealBaron Israel did want to get involved with the First Gulf War after Saddam launched missiles at them but Bush kept them out because it would alienate the Arab coalition partners. Arab world has greatly softened its stance on Israel since then

Australia has contributed troops to every war the US has fought in the last 100 years, including Korea and Vietnam. Meanwhile, Israel has contributed troops to no US or European-led wars. If there’s no shared sacrifice, how is alliance measured other than by propaganda?
Pisco@PiscoLitty

Ben Shapiro says in a recent video it is a "form of sedition" that our allies, Canada, UK, Australia, EU, etc. do not join America and Israel's war with Iran. That those countries are not actually allies. After years of Trump attacks, threats, tariffs. Is he insane?

The Joe Kent resignation hit hard, really hard, today. Normies are reading his letter (or at least hearing the key quotes). This isn't going away overnight, and attacks on him are just adding fuel to the fire.

@NaturalRightFan I think in regards to your second point about Sharon privately opposing the Iraq war, the qualifier "without an exit strategy" should do the heavy lifting. That would imply that in fact, Sharon supported the invasion in principle but had reservations over its execution.

Great piece which dispels many myths about the Israel lobby and the Middle-East. - High-ranking Israeli officials didn't believe Iraq was a security threat in the aftermath of the First Gulf War - PM Ariel Sharon privately opposed the 2003 invasion and occupation of Iraq fearing it would destabilize the region and strengthen Iran - A majority of Jews in Congress voted against the First Gulf War while a greater share of non-Jews voted for authorizing the 2003 invasion - Israeli government statements in support of the 2003 invasion had only been made after the decision was made in early 2002 as quid pro quo in exchange for a carte blanche in the West Bank and Gaza

You can find plenty of statements like that from Tony Blair and his ministers in the lead up to the war. I remain persuaded by Joseph Massad--a victim of the Israel lobby--who maintained that the lobby "does not extend beyond cheering and pushing existing US policy further in the same direction to which it is beholden." middleeasteye.net/big-story/why-…

W/M get away with this sleight of hand because they sloppily group the neoconservatives under the category "Israel lobby." Though there is plenty of evidence that American neoconservatives empowered the right in Israel but they've been so successful at marginalizing the Israeli Left that no one talks about it anymore. This was a big complaint among liberal Zionists in the aughts. Andrew Sullivan is an illustrative example:

@hatul123ha13136 @CVergennes37976 That's incorrect. Netanyahu was Ariel Sharon's Foreign Minister in the lead-up to the Iraq invasion. People bring up his Congressional testimony from late 2002 but that was after Bush made up his mind and wanted the Israelis to legitimize American casus belli

The clean break memo is addressed in the article. It calls on Israel to distance itself from Bill Clinton's liberal internationalism and take on its regional foes unilaterally. Netanyahu was parroting statements coming from U.S. intelligence officials that Saddam was seeking nuclear weapons and, as the article notes, he didn't make those statements until months after the decision to invade was already taken

@harmaceutics What do these numbers look like for the anti-White regime of South Africa? The European Union has come out in defense of South Africa after Trump's diplomatic assault but is there a wide European constituency for the defense of White rights in Africa?

This analysis instantly collapses if you look outside the US. Plenty of European countries that are >75% White (Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, among others) have overwhelmingly negative views of Israel.

It's what I've been saying: the growth of anti-Israel sentiment is due to white genocide and no other reason. If we still had the demographics we did in the 60s or even the 90s, support for Israel would be universal. I don't consider the browning of America a victory.

@arash_tehran It's not rare in the Middle East, it's just that the tables have turned on Iran. Iran is directly responsible for the assassination of the Lebanese Prime Minister Rafic Hariri in 2005 and plenty of other Lebanese politicians, high-ranking military officers.

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC. May God bless America.

"Erm actually Hitler" misses the point entirely, as the comparison is that both Hitler and Trump had enemies on the right who went mad thinking he was a sellout, puppet, not doing enough or a stooge. Even as things were improving.
