The carbs are sugar, too. But I do occasionally eat pasta and I make sourdough boules. There's a lower carb pasta on AMZN called "Carbe Diem". I've been buying that. It is delicious and cooks perfect al dente every time so far. They have Penne, Rotini and Elbows, as well as spaghetti! @Natural_Rights Sugar is a tough one for me. I avoid it pretty good but when I do allow myself a little I love it. Mine would be bread and pasta. I lived off ramin during my addiction and now I want nothing to do with it.

I get mine trimmed by 4-6" every 6 months. I kept going to my stylist for over year saying her "I haven't found any pics of a haircut that I'd like." So it just grew and grew. Finally, one day I realized I loved my long hair. I only trim it so that I can reach the end of it when I comb/brush, and curl occasionally. That was years ago... I do love long hair. Good Tuesday Morning! Some of the hardest things that ever happened to me turned out to be the most important. I couldn't see it at the time. When you are in the middle of something painful the last thing you want to hear is that it's going to make you stronger. But it does. Every difficult season, every loss, every rock bottom moment carried something in it that I needed. A lesson. A redirect. A reason to finally change. I just couldn't see it until I was on the other side of it. Nothing is wasted. There is something in all of it that was always meant to grow you. Have a great day!
