@Gemstr123 @CitImmCanada “It’s easy to say ‘go home,’ but international students have contributed nearly $39 billion to Canada’s economy, filled labour shortages, and paid taxes and high tuition. Respect goes both ways.”

International students are not asking for special treatment—we are asking for fairness. Many students are standing in the streets with signs, raising their voices peacefully because their future has been put at risk by unexpected PGWP refusals after they followed the rules, completed their studies, and invested their savings in Canada. We believed in the promises made to us. We studied hard, contributed to our communities, worked legally. Now we are simply asking for our cases to be reviewed fairly. This is not just about work permits. It's about justice, transparency, and keeping trust with students who came to Canada in good faith. Please hear our voices. #WeWantJustice #PGWP #InternationalStudents #FairnessForStudents #JusticeForStudents #Canada #IRCC #calgary #toronto #surrey #montreal

“Follow the process” is exactly what we did. The problem is when the process changes after people have already invested years, tens of thousands of dollars, and followed every requirement. Fairness and accountability are not the same as entitlement. That’s what we’re advocating for.

@Navreetvm @CitImmCanada I’m not your bruh. Whatever you’ve gained in education, you can certainly take that experience with you. You had a study visa from which you’ve gained an education. Follow the process, wherever that takes you. If the process allows a work permit,so be it. If it doesn’t, it doesn’t.

Atleast, we have right if we study here contributed to country then we do have right to gain experience from that study. So, its not special treatment bruh. Therefore, if you think from our thinking you studied hard in any country even though they promised you to provide PGWP for gain experience and later, they’ll say you’re no long eligible for this and you already paid off all of tuition fees, rent, groceries, taxes, CPP, EI etc. still, you’re getting this then this is fully wrong. If you think like that then please try to be. Thanks.

Over 1,500 international graduates across Canada are asking for a fair review of PGWP refusals issued to applicants who submitted complete applications before June 24, 2026. This is about fairness and transitional measures, not special treatment. #pgwp #ircc #internationalstudents #portagecollege #fairness #canada  @CanadianPM @markjcarney @liberal_party @CitImmCanada @sukhdhaliwal @JustinTrudeau @jasrajshallan @YourAlberta @rubysahotalib @MSidhuLiberal @LenaMetlegeDiab
