@MissB53 It's one of the reasons I quit posting about keto. The keto police were horrible. As my friend @TuitNutrition says, it's progress over perfection.

I saw an exchange recently in the carnivore space that honestly disappointed me. Someone who has spent the last year improving his health and helping others do the same made a simple ingredient mistake and got publicly piled on for it. That kind of reaction is exactly why carnivore gets labeled as cult-like. When one oversight turns into public humiliation, it stops being about health and starts being about purity policing. Yes, seed oils aren’t ideal. But attacking people for learning in public doesn’t make anyone healthier. It just makes the space smaller, harsher, and less welcoming to the very people who are trying to change their lives. I’ve stepped away from that mindset for a reason. Metabolic healing isn’t about perfection contests. It’s about progress. And if someone has spent a year doing the work, one mistake doesn’t erase that. The way we respond to someone’s mistake says more about our priorities than the mistake itself.

Yesterday’s low of 29° was our coldest temp in 11 months—since bottoming out at 20° last February. It’s been a warm winter.

One of the 50 different Euro Ensemble members produced one of the craziest solutions I have seen a model show. A 952mb low going right into the Olympics. This is not a forecast in any way, but a "what if" scenario. With that being said, models are showing the weather getting quite active later next week.
