I wouldn't get too excited about an untimely Form C filing #XRPcommunity. It should have been filed by 2359 EST 10/16. That did not happen. However, the Local Rules of the 2nd Cir (LR 12.1(d)) states failure to comply "may result in dismissal of the appeal." Sorry to say, appellate courts give A LOT of leeway to federal agencies. Even a lame excuse from the government is likely enough to allow the Court to let it slide.

Because I am raising concerns about the flood of unvetted illegal immigrants overwhelming American cities, the press will often characterize me as “anti-immigrant”. As an immigrant myself, nothing could be further from the truth. I am very much in favor of increased and expedited legal immigration for anyone who is talented, hard-working and honest. It is bizarrely difficult and agonizingly slow to immigrate to the USA legally, but trivial and fast to enter illegally! This obviously makes no sense.

#XRP #XRPCommunity Ethereum is on the rise, but I caution against this buy. Unlike Bitcoin and XRP, the SEC has not stated that Ethereum is not a security. They declined to do so in court with @freddyriz, they declined to do so in Congress with @PatrickMcHenry, and they have completely disavowed Citizen Hinman and his #EthFreePass speech. Now we are in 2024, which is the last year by my count in which to bring criminal charges against the founders. I'll be watching closely.

The @SECGov twitter account was compromised, and an unauthorized tweet was posted. The SEC has not approved the listing and trading of spot bitcoin exchange-traded products.
