Today I managed to visit the Mujuru family at their home in Harare to personally convey my heartfelt condolences following the tragic passing of Ronald Mujuru's wife and five children, in a fatal road accident along Harare-Masvingo Highway. As a mother and grandmother, I am still deeply pained by this unimaginable loss and I continue to stand with Mr Mujuru and the entire family, relatives and friends in this moment of profound grief. May the Almighty God continue to grant them strength, comfort and peace, and may our nation unite in prayer and compassion. May the departed dear souls rest in eternal peace.

Yesterday was a BIG day for Zimbabwe as the RBZ finally released the new, more durable, and higher denominations of our STRONG ZiG currency. The general populace expressed their satisfaction, appreciation, and gratitude for the introduction of these higher denominations, noting that it will reduce cash bulk, enable faster business transactions, lower handling costs, and bolster monetary stability. I also had several discussions with some leading car dealers and real estate agents who publicly declared they are ready to sell cars and properties respectively using favourable ZiG prices. This is worth celebrating. The Angel of Hope Foundation patron First Lady Dr Auxillia Mnangagwa has received with deep sorrow and a heavy heart the tragic news of the passing of Mrs Lilian Mujuru and her five beloved children, Nokutenda, Makanaka, Ronald Junior, Rufaro Shalom and little Kayden, who lost their lives in a fatal road traffic accident along Masvingo Road near Mvuma. This is a painful loss beyond words, a heartbreaking tragedy that has robbed one family of six precious lives in a single moment. As a mother, grandmother, the First Lady was deeply moved by the sorrow that has befallen the Mujuru family, and she extended her sincere condolences to Mr Ronald Mujuru, the bereaved husband and father, as well as to the extended family, friends and the church community. "I am imagining the anguish and emptiness that this tragedy has left behind. May the Almighty God grant Mr Mujuru strength and comfort during this unimaginably difficult time, and may the nation stand with him in prayer, compassion and solidarity," said the First Lady. If we add 2 more years & the last 9months of Mugabe’s last term, it will be 2years 9months which is not a full term but a mere fulfillment of vision2030
