@StarchildJ18127 @alphafox then you end up paying more because then you have all the other associated taxes to pay on the wage that does not apply to the tip.

@alphafox How bout businesses just pay their employees...If we wanna tip because they were awesome that's on us...They pay these kids $3 an hour so the public pays their salary...It also forces these kids to deal with the ignorant ass public who may or may not tip.

@alphafox When they take an automatic 18% from me they almost always lose because I tip more than that. Sometimes I probably miss it though and they get a double tip.

@H0H0v It's undefined and not infinity. The reason it is not infinity is because the limit tends to infinity. But the limit coming from the negative side tends towards negative infinity. Since the limits go to two separate numbers the limit does not exist. Therefor 1/0 is undefined.

@USARenaissance @ironcanary @atensnut A system A has more potential energy. When the spring is cut that energy goes to the ball not visa versa. It pushes the ball down not pull it up. There is nothing to pull up with.

@ironcanary @atensnut I think B too The spring will recoil on A with a center above the ball, hence some initial upward pull before free fall IDK.. I could be crazy. I do love physics .

6 minutes? He knew what was wrong before he started and had the part handed to him? Or maybe he had to jack the car up to diagnose, then get online or phone and find the correct part to order, then order the part, then put the car back so that the space could be used while waiting on the part, that certainly is not off the shelf. Then back to jacking up the car and then doing the work which takes a lot longer than the shortened version that was filmed. Paying for 3 hours is a bargain, much better than doing it myself.

Dentist here. There's alot of factors to consider. Main one however is many dentists hate doing fillings and dont make shit off of em. So they simply dont diagnose them. 13 fillings is a huge bitch to do and takes forever. I can make 4k doing 2 crowns that takes me 1/10th the time. A good dentist will do w.e the patient needs

insane that we tolerate living in a society where you can go see one dentist and he's like "ya u have 13 cavities, will be $4000 to fix them all" then see another and he's like "that guy was full of shit and trying to scam you, you're fine" ???

This girl wouldn’t stop getting up to go to the bathroom on the plane every twenty minutes. At some point I just gave up on standing up and let her hop right over me instead. After the fourth or fifth time, it honestly just became part of the routine. I guess this is exactly what people mean when they say you should always get the aisle seat.
