Women in all walks of life continue to inspire all of us through their endless, selfless giving – their love, wisdom, compassion, and leadership mould and strengthen our world in countless ways. The vibrant Hindu festival of Holi was celebrated on Monday at #NeasdenTemple. Devotees offered the season’s first harvest to the devas, with hundreds of coconuts placed into the bonfire, while also praying for peace, protection, and well-being in the world for people of all nations. The celebration continued with families and friends from the local community enjoying delicious hot snacks from festival stalls.

Today we mark the colourful Hindu festival of Holi and recollect joyous memories of rangotsav with Mahant Swami Maharaj at #NeasdenTemple.

It was a pleasure to welcome Matt Jukes, Deputy Commissioner of @metpoliceuk, to Neasden Temple. He was welcomed with traditional marks of friendship and respect, given a tour of the Mandir, and offered an insight into the wide range of spiritual, cultural and community activities hosted at the Temple. Devotees and members of the local community celebrated the Hindu festival of Maha-Shivaratri at #NeasdenTemple with heartfelt prayers and abhishek of the Shivaling - coming together in a spirit of unity to pray for peace and well-being for all.

As we mark Interfaith Harmony Week, we reflect on His Holiness Mahant Swami Maharaj’s powerful message delivered at Neasden Temple in 2023. He called upon taking personal responsibility for unity, humbly and selflessly, echoing Pramukh Swami Maharaj’s timeless teaching: “In the joy of others lies our own.”

On the auspicious day of Vasant Panchami, we mark the birth anniversary of Shastriji Maharaj and remember his timeless legacy of unwavering faith, wisdom and devotion.

BAPS wellNESS brought together NHS experts and hundreds of people from the community at Neasden Temple to promote healthier lifestyles through nutrition, exercise, and well-being. Thank you to Rt Hon @wesstreeting MP, Secretary of State for Health and Social Care (@DHSCgovuk), and the many charities and organisations for your continued support.

This winter, Neasden Temple donated over 400 jackets, jumpers and items of warm clothing to @crisis_uk to help those experiencing homelessness. Crisis carries out vital work supporting vulnerable individuals across London and the UK, and we’re grateful to be able to support their efforts.
