What he didn’t license out are the broadcast rights, which is what this falls under. He didn’t want it used in any performances before his movie.

I have no idea who he is either. Apparently he’s a musician of some kind. This skater has been using his music for two years. She used it during her routine at the Olympics. He jumped online to publicly blast her claiming she hadn’t gotten proper permission to do so. Which, may or may not be true. But he definitely could’ve just handled this privately instead of becoming a distraction for her as she’s competing at the fucking Olympics.
