@nectar is a bloody joke! Only unlocked my offers a few days ago. I spent £45 today, checked my app after and noticed I have to unlock my offers again. Most of the things I got were in my offers that I hadn’t unlocked. Ffs why not just automatically unlock! Times are hard.

@nectar Just used the online chat - very poor service and attitude . Had myself removed from family nectar card with the intentions of having my own separate card and the system will not let me as my email is linked to the old account . Chat people said I needed a second email!
