@nectar I am trying to register my card on the app but it fails at the end and says there is an issue we’re trying to rectify - this has been ongoing for weeks - can you check what the problem is please?

@EE Tried calling as suggested but just got caught in a bot doom loop. Hoping engineer turns up tomorrow as scheduled - No broadband for3 days - tomorrow day 4 very inconvenient. Sending texts asking if. It’s fixed - do I still want appt pointless as you’ve told me there’s a fault!

Hi Audrey, I know any sort of issue is far from ideal, and we'll always strive to get it sorted as quickly as possible, including arranging an engineer for the earliest possible appointment. I understand it's left you feeling unhappy though, and you can give us a call on 150 from an EE mobile, or 0330 123 1105 from any other phone, to speak with one of our broadband guides to discuss this further.

@RachelReevesMP Many young people can’t get in to their local / catchment school and end up being bussed to the nearest one with places. They therefore can’t take part in the afterschool activities to fulfil their potential as they wouldn’t get home.

I want young people to have the opportunity to fulfil their potential, wherever they’re from, whatever their background. That’s what really matters to me. observer.co.uk/news/national/…

Waiting lists down. Appointments up. More patients able to access tests and treatments, closer to home. Our Plan for Change is fixing the NHS so working people can get care when and where you need it.

@UKLabour @LukeMLabour Ive just been given a hospital referral and been advised waitlist is 60 weeks! Wonder what that was reduced from if waitlists are falling!

Just been sent advice that I’ve been referred to a hospital dept for further investigation however waiting list is 60 weeks! @wesstreeting This is ridiculous - so much for reducing waiting times and lists. More broken promises.

@HMRCcustomers How do I claim the additional saving allowance for low income earners. I retired early and currently living on savings alone.

@AngelaRayner please explain why planning rules do not apply to gypsies and travellers? A local application that was built on illegally felled land is going through simply because no other pitches are available despite multiple local objections.

So underperforming civil servants will be “ incentivised” to leave their jobs? In the real world they’d be sacked if they didn’t make the necessary performance improvements. What a waste of taxpayers money.

Had a great time at Sherfield Park Community Centre today, catching up with Audrey and the trustees about the challenges they’re facing and the amazing work they do for the community. The centre is a cornerstone of the community - whether it’s parents bringing their little ones to the nursery, over-55s enjoying activities together (some who I met in their 90s!), or the Chineham Tigers giving over 400 young players the chance to get involved in football. I also met with the youth group, which has 86 active members, many of whom have gone full circle - first joining as kids and now coming back to volunteer. Huge thanks to Louise and Sarah, who help keep everything running, and to the trustees who’ve been committed to this place for so long. It’s clear how much this centre means to people, and I’ll do what I can to support it.

@EE_Complaints I’ve just been told my mum’s contract is still payable even though she’s moved in to care and the house was sold - didn’t think and wasn’t asked to return anything - where’s the compassion.

@LukeMLabour @RachelReevesMP Remember you are supposed to represent everyone - disabled, pensioners, unpaid carers to name a few not just “working people”. The throw away comment about pension reform is truly terrifying.

Great being in the audience for the Chancellor’s speech earlier & a shoutout for Basingstoke too. The Government is taking action: ❌no return to austerity ✅halving the government’s consultancy spend 🚁scrapping Rishi Sunak’s £40m helicopter contract 💸 cracking down on tax avoidance ⚖️ appointing a Covid Corruption Commissioner. #LabConf24 #LabourConference2024

Very concerned about Rachel Reeves throw away comment she will instigate pension reform. Unless this means the pensions of the MP’s! State pension is not a benefit and is already one of the lowest in Europe. Don’t punish those of us who’ve worked hard to provide for our futures.

@LukeMLabour I’d love you to come to our “ over 55”s meeting one Tuesday morning ( Sherfield Park Community Centre) and help them check / apply for pension credit. You’ve not given them time to adjust their budgets, had its implementation been delayed a year it may have been more palatable.

@AngelaRayner @LukeMLabour - I live in what was a new dev. In Basingstoke some years ago,- it’s a great community but we have no school, one bus every 2 hrs, a 6 week wait to see a Dr, no dentists: are the rat run when the A33 is blocked ( regularly) Fix this 1st before building more houses

Our country is in a housing crisis. Too few homes are being built, and even fewer are affordable. We’re overhauling the planning system to fix the foundations, grow the economy, and build the homes people need.

Many Brexit Remain voters , including Sir Keir, love to complain 'only' 52 per cent of the country voted to leave the EU.  Only one in three voters backed Labour on a low turnout of under 60 per cent. So, they are supported by approx only 20 per cent of those eligible to vote!
