I strongly condemn the Israeli authorities’ actions to demolish the @UNRWA Sheikh Jarrah compound, which remains @UN premises. The continued escalatory actions against UNRWA are unacceptable & inconsistent with Israel’s clear obligations under international law. I urge the Government of Israel to immediately cease the demolition & to return the compound & other UNRWA premises to the UN. un.org/sg/en/content/…

Post 45 days of chasing, today, @sony_india 's service center says, we've fixed the TV, no response to issues, no explanation or apology; just a demand accept the TV as is or up to you. @Sony perhaps take no concern to a consumers right to redressal for defective goods & services

48 hours since @sony_india claimed the issue was escalated and someone from the @SonyElectronics team would reach out yet no one has. I am the one still chasing @Sony 44 days since the issue, their dysfunctional 65in OLED television was delivered

@sony_india Based on prior history, I have previously and now insist on only written communication,to ensure traceability, and accountability. I have heard many false promises for #Sony and @Sony's service center.

Post @Sony demanding I accept the issue without resolution by 19Nov. I reverted advising @SonyElectronics before demanding customer they need to hold themselves to standards & timelines. I provided @Sony an oppurtunity again to respond on 13Nov, hitherto no response from #Sony

In @Sony 's overdue response to my email containing evidence of quality issues, #SONY 's employee, V. Arshavardhana Chakravarthi, dismissed the issues, was dishonest, @Sony neither addressed not acknowledged evidence. Denied my request for replacement & imposed a deadline on me.

@sony_india @sony_india I am afraid my satisfaction does not matter to @SonyElectronics take for example the image below 👇, when I use direct message, you just ignore it, same with the emails shared. 40 days since the issue started and only after public reprimand is there a response.

@sony_india Precision meets performance meets poor quality service and customer care. 40 days since a broken Sony OLED TV arrived at my house still not, fixed and @sony_india is yet to respond to their emails, they won't even respond on LinkedIn best not to expect too much

@Sony Firstly, for close to 2Lakh INR, what arrived was a dysfunctional OLED TV day 1, 9Oct2025. It took @SonyElectronics till 20Oct, to send a technician. While unable to to fix it, they also did such god Awful work; They left hair between the panel & back, smudges, and missing screws

@Sony 's customer care, @SonyElectronics 's service center, abhivrudi.tech have no sense of urgency, no respect for customers, no quality standards, nor are #Sony held accountable. hitherto @Sony hasn't even acknowledged issues 30days later, no response even on LinkedIn

@SonyElectronics 's disturbing customer support service, when provided evidence of their failures. @Sony provided delayed response only provided after significant additional escalation, #Sony dares to impose a deadline on customers to accept their awful offensive service quality

At this point it's pure arrogance & hubris that @Sony refuses to address these issues, issue a replacement, refund or apology. @SonyElectronics service centre & their customer care are honestly scamming customers & their warranty is worth less than the warranty card paper.

That was just number of calls I had to make to @SonyElectronics 's Service centre. Then there are calls to @Sony service centre manager (Suresh) and to #SONY 's customer care number 08065006500. @Sony made every call an opportunity to disgrace customer service.
