In @Sony 's overdue response to my email containing evidence of quality issues, #SONY 's employee, V. Arshavardhana Chakravarthi, dismissed the issues, was dishonest, @Sony neither addressed not acknowledged evidence. Denied my request for replacement & imposed a deadline on me.










@Sony Firstly, for close to 2Lakh INR, what arrived was a dysfunctional OLED TV day 1, 9Oct2025. It took @SonyElectronics till 20Oct, to send a technician. While unable to to fix it, they also did such god Awful work; They left hair between the panel & back, smudges, and missing screws






Post @Sony demanding I accept the issue without resolution by 19Nov. I reverted advising @SonyElectronics before demanding customer they need to hold themselves to standards & timelines. I provided @Sony an oppurtunity again to respond on 13Nov, hitherto no response from #Sony


Following @SonyElectronics disgusting service & determining these calls are going nowhere. I demanded written traceable communication. Giving @SonyElectronics an opportunity to put money where their mouth is but by God, #Sony 're so much worse over email; dismissive & avoidant.



That was just number of calls I had to make to @SonyElectronics 's Service centre. Then there are calls to @Sony service centre manager (Suresh) and to #SONY 's customer care number 08065006500. @Sony made every call an opportunity to disgrace customer service.
