@hank_tower @WufpakRed He wasn't a terrible coach. He made 3 NCAAs and won 20-plus games five times in 8 seasons. He did make that Final Four run, which included the ACCT. It's fine to say he wasn't good enough, or that a change was needed. No need to rewrite history, though.

NC State is getting the full Will Wade experience, I see. Oh, except the part about where he actually fields an impressive team.

Everyone’s losing their minds but just chill for a second. This is inevitable with WW still being a big name. The only real facts leading to treating WW like a burned asset is Twitter logic and rumor. If WW leaves, I'll also be super burned, but I think a lot of folks are letting their disappointment of the season compromise their rationality regarding a coaching situation. Also, I think there's a camp of Kevin Keatts simps who are PRAYING this is true as if this would somehow excuse the perpetual (less one March) milquetoast show that was his career. If Wade turns out to be a crappy guy, that doesnt change Keatts' record.
