At 6:44 am, my car was scraped and badly damaged from the side by a truck at the 5th Main HSR traffic signal. The registration number of the truck is KA01AM4066, also visible in the dashcam footage. The image of my car and the truck was also captured by the on-duty traffic police personnel at the site and the accident was also captured in the traffic camera at the signal. At the accident site, I talked to the truck owner about the accident and he proposed an outside settlement where he would pay me the repair charges which my insurance does not cover, presumably because his driver caused the accident and probably did not have the required documents. I agreed to the settlement offer in good faith and got the owner's contact details. Last week, I got the repair quote and the insurance amount. The difference, which the owner had agreed to pay, was around 40k. When contacted, the owner asked me to send the quote details and that he will talk to me the next day once he's back in town. Today it’s been a week. Since 6th October, the owner has not picked up any call or responded to any message I have left for him requesting him to pay the difference amount as we agreed in the settlement. The damage caused to my car was huge, as evidenced from the images attached. Please help me in getting my due compensation from the truck owner.

A couple of takeaways: - This explains why WB did so much PR to frame Superman as a "success" even though it wasn't - This is why so much PR has been done to make WB "look desirable" - Snyder fans were right and WB is VERY broke and in too much debt with little income
