I wrote an email to my customer relationship manager and also have reached out multiple times on phone and there is hardly any response. @HDFC_Bank is quite active to call o FD investment and Bank loans but not on this

I sat there for 2 hours ( 2 pm is the latest for transaction) the bank officer sent a fresher, knowing the urgency and the struggle i had to circle out highlights so i invest another day tomorrow at the bank

@NeelaPal1 @HDFC_Bank HDFC Blr has this practice of wasting customer time and the staff don't provide correct information. If ur issue isn't getting resolved even after 3 months of wait & multiple visits, then I would recommend to switch over to a bank that values customers @HDFCBank_Cares,@HDFC_Bank

@HDFC_Bank I am currently at the home branch and the staff(3rd floor, counter 5) here is not willing to give me email id or contact number to send documents to the designated officer and is extremely rude. I have been traveling and taking holidays to fix this issue but it's sad.

@HDFC_Bank I have been running around for 3 months between 3 branches ( Karthik nagar, old Madras and now Richmond) to get my ESOP done. Experience has been horrible, each branch moves me around to a different location and the staff is extremely rude.
