@zomatocare I received a call from Sharavani, who isn't letting me speak. Customer service and listening skills are very important. @zomato This is the 2nd time in 6 days my order is delayed. I am paying Zomato gold for what??? Not good service at all.

@zomatocare I asked for a Supervisor call on the same day i.e. Friday. The ETA informed to me was 24 hours & I received that Supervisor call today at 11:40 AM, Tuesday. The resturant number on Zomato isn't a valid number. I tired to reach the restaurant so many times that day but no answer.

I still have to receive a refund of Rs 6000.00 from her, which she said I will by Friday. I hope I receive it on time.
