I’m tempted to accept the money but something came to my mind If i accept this #500,000 wouldn’t I spend more that this if MTN don’t stop stealing data from Nigerians? If I accept this money I’ll be saving only myself and leaving other Nigerians to be victims of MTN’S theft @MTNNG I WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR #500,000 STOP STEALING FROM NIGERIANS THAT IS ALL WE WANT!!!

I feel seriously misled by @MTNNG. I paid ₦11,000 on the MTN app for a 54GB plan, but after payment, I was credited with only 36GB. This isn’t okay. Nigerians deserve transparency,not hidden terms. Fix this or explain it clearly. Anyone else experienced this? #MTN #Nigeria

I just confirmed that @MTNNG steals data from their users‼️‼️💔 I’ve been having suspicions that MTN have been stealing data because of the rate at which my data finishes so fast even if I don’t download anything So yesterday by 3:52 PM I bought 11GB data for 3500 naira I put my phone on power saving mode so no app in the background will be able to use data I didn’t download or upload any videos and I’ve been using my phone lightly. I felt like all this wasn’t enough so i decided to download an app that tracks my data usage This afternoon MTN sent me a message that I have just 4GB of data left Checked the app and saw I used only 3GB from the 11GB I bought yesterday Now my question to MTN is this If I used 3GB from 11GB that means I should have 8GB left Why do I have just 4GB left? Where did my remaining 4GB go??? All evidence attached in the screenshots below👇👇👇 We need to call out MTN for these recent thefts as I’m sure I’m not the only one facing this problem

Dear @MTNNG you people are thieves and stealing from the citizens. How did I finish 75GB data in less than a week? I didn’t go on Instagram, I didn’t go on TikTok, I didn’t watch Netflix or YouTube, I was just tweeting.
Enough is enough, we should start gathering at the front of MTN office this week to protest. This is not acceptable.

Hi @MTNNG @MTN180 I knew you were stealing back the same Internet data i buy from you. So I decided to do a small experiment this afternoon. At 2:02pm I bought 5.5gb data via Opay. At 3:00pm same data is gone. I didn’t stream a movie. Just X. I hope Elon Musk Starlink mobile comes soon enough to take away your existing customer base. Thieves.

I met a young girl selling water inside the traffic not quite long, I knew the price but always like to be sure. When I asked of the price she said N400, and I was like "Ah ah, no be N300 again?". She now said, "Oya take".
This young lady wanted to run me street, as I switched to pidgin the price dropped instantly. The level of greed in this country is unbelievable, the people are just as bad as the leaders.

If you Owe someone money and the person choose to get you arrested with the Police just because you are owing. Don't fear, this is what you need to do Kindly ask the officer for his ID and station he is attached to, pass the information to someone around If the Officer refuse to show you his ID, kindly blow small alarm to alert people around cos they will be your witness when you come back. Kindly tell the Officer that this is a civil matter and you should not be arrested for such but, if the Officer feels cool to breach your fundamental human right, you won't resist arrest When you get to the station, take note of the file number your case is registered on They will surely grant you bail cos you did not commit a crime in the first place. When you come out You will file a suit against the Officer and the person who reported you to him for arrest 1. Breach of Your Fundamental Human Right 2. Unlawful Arrest 3. Harassment You will demand for damages in the suit as follows 1. Damages for Breach of fundamental human right ( 5 Million naira damages) 2. Unlawful arrest (3 Million) 3. Harassment (5M) 4. MTN Nigeria made ₦355.5 billion profit in just 3 months. That is nearly ₦4 billion every single day. ₦165 million every hour.
Revenue grew 42% to ₦1.5 trillion. Data alone brought in ₦826 billion. Voice brought ₦451 billion. The company most Nigerians think of as a call network now makes almost twice as much money from data as it does from voice.
One year ago MTN Nigeria had negative equity of minus ₦324 billion. Today it sits at positive ₦904 billion. That is a ₦1.2 trillion swing in 12 months.
Earnings per share went from ₦6.37 to ₦16.95. Share price moved from ₦511 to ₦760. Market cap is now ₦15.96 trillion.
Every time you buy a data bundle, you are funding one of the most profitable companies in Africa. The question is whether you are also owning a piece of it.
