We, or I should say @norcrosscricket, has found the only possible collective noun for five, or ten balls, bowled in #TheHundred: A "carnet of five/ten" balls Carnet (of course) being the book of five, or ten, tickets you can purchase to ride the Paris metro system. Obvs.
