1/n We are excited to announce EchoPrime – the first echocardiography AI model capable of evaluating a full transthoracic echocardiogram study, identify the most relevant videos, and produce a comprehensive interpretation! Great work lead by @milos_ai, EchoPrime is the largest and most complex #echofirst AI model yet, trained on 10x the data of existing models.

The mitral valve (anterior leaflet) is designed to direct blood flow towards a smooth sliding path which begins at the basal posterior wall and ends at the LVOT—thereby minimizing LV energy expenditure during ejection. Cheers🍷

After the Tucker Carlson piece trashing UW medicines decision to require COVID vaccines to be eligible for transplant we are now getting emails warning of protests and recommending we have security walk us to our cars at night. Any other centers also requiring vac prior to txp?

Massive PE on norepinephrine. not a great tPA candidate. Rushed to the lab, left A-V access for possible emergent ECMO. PA almost occluded. #PERT #ACCFIT
