(Post 2/3)In 2009, during a hostage crisis, I learned that when pressure hits, biology begs you to hesitate. But hesitation kills trust. This book teaches the MINT Protocol: M - Mission I - Impact N - Necessity T - Transparency It’s a framework for when every option is painful.
