Perhaps just introduce an ID verification for all brand new memberships for 26/27 season onwards. Tickets have been easier to get recently so they are obviously doing something right behind the scenes.

Every year it’s the same cycle moan about queues, moan about sales, moan to the club about ‘fairness’, beg for ballots, then complain when that doesn’t work either. People acting like there’s some magical ticketing solution when demand is insane and thousands are trying every possible loophole to get seats. At some point, if you keep advocating for systems that make it worse for regular matchgoing fans, don’t be shocked when you end up suffering from it too.
