I am golfing today. 54 degrees, West winds at 15-20. It rained yesterday so things will be soft. I'm having a banana and pop tarts for breakfast. I will go to Mass at 8 am. Current handicap index 2.6. Course rating and slope is 73/135. Right at 6600 yds. Over/Under at 84.5. What are you taking?

Do you know the rules of golf? Most get this one wrong. You get this insane fried egg. You don’t want to try to hit it. What are your options by the rule book? Where can you drop? No cheating! @theslicestephen I agree 100%. You have a choice - coach or commentator, you can’t be both.

It is so wrong to me to have a coach (Brad Gilbert) on ESPN immediately after his player (Coco Gauff) loss at the US Open. It already seems weird to have Cahill and Gilbert on set so much while coaching players. If I was a player, there is no chance I’d be cool with that.

There is nothing better than a full day of golf at Lawsonia Links. Truly a golfer's playground! With a recent bunker renovation and fairway widening, the Links is more true to what Langford & Moreau built than it has been in recent memory. The bunkers are awesome and still extremely penal. While they are very nice I strongly recommend avoiding them. I spent way too much time in them, and am pretty sure the sand in my shoe bag traveled back to Iowa from Wisconsin. 😬 At under $200 to play all day, still the best value in golf!
