Recent events show what companies put the customer first and which put their bottom line first! For instance, @eDreams selling Cancelled/Missed flight insurance during a pandemic with terms SPECIFICALLY excluding claims arising from a pandemic is one of those! #poorservice

@easyJet I am sure you are Courtney and thanks for responding. An indication of how many people are waiting ahead of me or the average wait time would be useful! Also removing the online chat function (something your agents can do from the comfort of their own homes) is poor

Am now waiting to speak to an @easyJet agent about yet another cancelled flight for longer than the flight would of been!!! Is anyone actually employed there anymore? It took me 2 minutes to get through to @British_Airways and 2 more to resolve my issue! #badservice
