@neimanmarcus dealing with the Garden City/Roosevelt Field store is a nightmare. Dropped off a $5000 Robert Coin ring to be repaired 4 weeks ago. I cannot get I touch with anyone at the store to give me any information. Their customer service is horrendous. Lawsuit time.

@neimanmarcus is the worst online shopping experience. Deliveries are extremely late, cancellations and returns take forever, and I even received only a partial refund for an order that never arrived. I was refunded about half of what I paid. Never shopping there again.

received a used perfume from @NeimanMarcus — a serious hygiene and quality control issue. Customer service refuses to issue a replacement, instead asking me to repurchase the item. This is unacceptable for a luxury retailer and needs urgent resolution.

Have received over 400+ emails and texts from @neimanmarcus for someone trying to log into my account. Changed my password, and now the texts and emails have started again. Customer service said they can’t do anything and they don’t have a fraud department. Seriously??
