@neimanmarcus dealing with the Garden City/Roosevelt Field store is a nightmare. Dropped off a $5000 Robert Coin ring to be repaired 4 weeks ago. I cannot get I touch with anyone at the store to give me any information. Their customer service is horrendous. Lawsuit time.

@neimanmarcus is the worst online shopping experience. Deliveries are extremely late, cancellations and returns take forever, and I even received only a partial refund for an order that never arrived. I was refunded about half of what I paid. Never shopping there again.

@NeimanMarcus Expedited holiday order arrived late (12/26), incorrect items sent, and customer service offered only a 10% discount on a $230+ order. This ruined my Christmas event. Please make this right.
