This one is unbelievable. Attorney has multiple outbursts in court and judge holds the attorney in contempt. The battle with bailiffs is the icing on this cake. This one is worth the watch.
This attorney by the name of Rob Hobkins had multiple outbursts and warnings from the judge. From arguing to throwing a mobile device on the floor. Rob even tried to claim that the judge was attacking them because they were transgender.
After the judge and the rest of the court room had enough, the judge called in the bailiffs to take this attorney into custody. As deputies moved to take him into custody, Hopkins became physically resistant, shouting that he "couldn't breathe" and calling for someone to "call 911." playing every card possible in the book.
This was a terrible representation of someone that is supposed to be a licensed attorney in the state.
As a result Hopkins was held on a $25,000 bond and spent time in the Pontotoc County Jail.
In the wake of the incident and subsequent viral video, Hopkins announced in March 2026 that he would be closing his law firm, Hopkins Law and Associates, and stepping away from his practice. Which is in my opinion a good thing.
Since the arrest, several of Rob's former clients have come forward with allegations of unbilled work and abandoned cases, adding further legal complexity to the aftermath of the courtroom confrontation.
If someone ended up mugged or injured because this random guy got into the building by piggybacking on a resident's entry, it would be on all of you that trust random guy because he's dressed nicely.
Listen to the little kid? If you have kids his age you'd know that he has no real world experience and is just reacting on his emotions-like you.
I support Dad, who is the only adult in this scenario.
💉 A high-risk pregnant woman shows up with her mom at LabCorp in Odessa, Texas, at 3:50 PM — just 10 minutes before they close at 4:00.
The employee refuses to do her blood draw and tells them it was “rude” to come so close to closing, comparing it to walking into a restaurant right before they lock the doors.
Her doctor told her to get there before 4:00, which they did, but they still refuse to do the bloodwork. The employee says they’re being belligerent and asks them to leave, then tells them that if they don’t leave she’ll call the police for trespassing.
Do you think they should have made an exception to their rule for this mom? Especially since she’s a high-risk pregnancy and it sounds like she’s being induced in a few days.
I absolutely would have worked later to make sure this mom-to-be got the bloodwork she needed. She’s in enough stress as it is.
Influencers brag about spending $375 per person for Nobu at Coachella at eatery co-owned by Robert De Niro.
“I came to Nobu and ordered chicken fingers and fries.”
The actor, who is worth $500 million, recently criticized the ‘greed’ of billionaires.
“If you can spend billions building rockets, apps, and virtual worlds, you can spend a fraction of that feeding children and rebuilding communities”.- Robert De Niro
