Been researching DC juries this morning. Did you know that DC has a specific school curriculum which is mandatory from 6th to 12th grade which trains them in civic participation including juries? Students are taught how to look past the actual crime and evaluate all charges through "root causes" and equity. There's no chance of a favorable conviction in DC.

BREAKING: Enoch Burke’s mother and sister arrested and jailed Martina and Ammi Burke were arrested by Gardaí today at Castlerea Prison after visiting jailed schoolteacher Enoch Burke, their son and brother. Judge Brian Cregan sentenced them to two weeks in prison after they spoke out against his lies and unlawful actions in the case of Enoch Burke. Martina and Ammi Burke had been teaching in Castlebar this morning before travelling to Castlerea for their scheduled visit at 2.15pm. As they left the prison after concluding the visit, Gardaí were waiting outside to arrest them. Lies have been told from the bench since September 2022 when Enoch Burke was first taken from his teaching post at Wilson’s Hospital School and thrown into a jail cell. He refused to call a student by a new name and the “they” pronoun. He was subsequently suspended and has now spent over 600 days in prison. Ireland’s church leaders have maintained a treacherous silence on this issue. Archbishops Eamon Martin and John McDowell speak frequently about battlefields far away - Gaza, Ukraine, the Middle East - but are silent on the battlefields in the schools of Ireland, on their own doorstep. Children in the classroom are being educated in every form of sexual perversion. Martina and Ammi Burke have now been sent to Mountjoy Women’s Prison because they refused to be silent in the face of gross injustice from the bench. Did she lose brain cells since joining SCOTUS?? THAT child is a US citizen whether it is born in Norway or the US because its parent is a US citizen!🤯

Biden created a "pathway" where illegal aliens could just hit a button on an app. Now a federal judge is saying that this magical immigration app that was invented 10 seconds ago is constitutionally protected and must always exist forever. Just total indefensible madness. The judiciary has collapsed. Trump should treat it like it doesn't even exist, because it basically doesn't.

I disagree. How has our last conservative addition worked out? Coney Barrett is more like Roberts- just a little too concerned about appearances and legacy for the fight our constitution is in. Alito and Thomas are too priceless to lose, no matter their age. Unless a serious health issue comes up, of course.

Clarence Thomas is a brilliant man and one of the greatest justices of all time. He also needs to retire immediately. He's 77 years old. If Democrats win the midterms and then the presidency, which they very likely could, there's a significant chance they will get to replace him with another Kentanji Brown Jackson. That would be a disaster for the country. We need to get young conservatives on the court right now. Alito, too. He's 76.

If President Trump attends the Supreme Court's oral arguments tomorrow on his birthright citizenship executive order like he says he will, he would be the first sitting president on record to do so. Presidents have avoided attendance in part to honor the separation of powers.
