@JustHereAgain5 On an individual basis, our only option is to make ourselves less reliant on the system. Therefore generate your own electricity, use less, rainwater harvesting, and growing, foraging more of what we eat. Sounds daft now, but in time it will make sense.

@KeanePatti @AhoyChristina If your vitamin supplement isnt vegan, then it will contain animal derived components. B2 is added to bread and cereals, so could render then not vegan. Searching google Vitamin B has 8 forms, all are found in fruit and vegetables. So no need for supplements.

I despair! In Pets at Home there is an aisle for gifts for pets. And there is another aisle for costumes for pets This is consumerism of totally incessantial junk, which has a high environmental and carbon footprint. Shop assistant says it is just a bit of fun. Hyper-consumerism!

@NetNegative1 @AhoyChristina No so, there are vitamin B complexes that you cannot get in a vegan diet, (check out the vegan website). The side effects of this deficiency can be serious. We just take supermarket multi vitamins - not expensive at all.
