Remember the only entrances and exits are at the Argyle Street low-level and Carriage Driveway entrances (on Hope St).
There’s no entrance from Gordon Street or Union Street.

@NetworkRailGLC @ScotRail @AvantiWestCoast @CalSleeper I arrived just before 5.30pm at Platform 15 from Irvine. There were a lot of passengers waiting to board the next service to Ayr. It got very crowded trying to walk off the train and down the platform. Then, a queue had formed for people to walk down the entry/exit ramp.

@NetworkRailGLC @ScotRail @AvantiWestCoast @CalSleeper This is just an observation. It would be helpful to deploy more Network Rail staff to marshall people at the platforms. It got very crowded as I was leaving the train tonight. Also, more @ScotRail staff to inspect tickets before exiting the ramp would help move customers along.
