My physical therapist opened a superb gym in a beautiful and intimate space in a great location at 32 East 57th Street next to Atria. The concept integrates physical therapy with weight training, cardio, sauna, steam, cold plunge, sensory deprivation, VO2 max and all the other testing you need to determine your base line fitness and monitor your progress thereafter as well as much more.
Vosk has the best equipment I have ever seen in any gym and extremely experienced trainers and physical therapists. It is a great place for serious athletes and those interested in longevity or just getting in great shape.
While it is a high end gym, the price is fair when you consider the cost of the 96 training and/or physical therapy sessions included in your annual membership. The integration of physical therapy and training yields much better and safer outcomes. I have also found my training consistency is much greater since I prepaid for the sessions. If you want to learn more, go to Voskcenter.com or email Vitaly who founded Vosk at hello@voskcenter.com. The first 40 members who mention this @X post will have their initiation fees waived. Membership is limited to ensure a great experience.

Getting my MBA from a top-tier university this past weekend was a significant milestone for me. Not because I can say I graduated from Berkeley, but because it’s the culmination of my parents’ sacrifice and my refusal to stop despite every single rejection. And I’ve had many. I come from a humble background. I couldn’t speak a word of English when I moved to this country at 10. But I told myself early on that my past would not dictate my future and that the only limiting factor on what I could achieve was me. That belief got tested many times these past three years. While earning this degree, I founded and scaled a multi-million dollar business alongside my father — work that goes far beyond me. There were nights I wanted to quit. I didn’t. I reminded myself how blessed I am to be in this country, to do work that matters, and to carry what my family built into something bigger. Today, I’m more motivated than ever. I hold myself to extremely high expectations, and I plan to keep raising them. I’m just getting started.

Some nursing homes struggle to attract visitors. One in the Netherlands chose to invite roommates instead. In the Dutch city of Deventer, a retirement home called Humanitas introduced an idea that would eventually gain attention around the world. Rather than accepting loneliness as a normal part of aging, they approached it as something that could actually be solved. For over ten years, Humanitas has allowed university students to live inside the nursing home rent free. In return, the students spend about thirty hours each month connecting with residents. Sometimes that means sharing meals, having conversations, helping with technology, joining activities, or simply keeping someone company during a quiet afternoon. They are not nurses or employees. They are simply part of the community. At first, the idea sounded like a smart response to expensive student housing. But the real impact appeared in the lives of the residents. Reports from outlets such as PBS NewsHour and AARP described seniors becoming more social, more active, and less isolated once younger people became part of everyday life. What makes the story even more meaningful is that many students chose to spend far more time there than the agreement required. Some even stayed connected after graduating. Over time, casual interactions turned into genuine friendships. Humanitas didn’t really create something new. It brought back something many societies once had naturally: different generations living side by side instead of separately. Maybe the issue was never aging itself. Maybe it was the distance we created between generations. Sometimes the most powerful ideas are simply old human connections rediscovered.

@d2fl @dannymacmillan @xai I just saw today that they are letting the P+ members install Grok Build. I still would like to upgrade and see the difference with Grok Heavy if the 6 month discount shows up.

@d2fl @NeuroRadOnc @xai I was offered the discount and I didn't even use Supergrok. I am a Twitter Premium+ subscriber though. I got Premium+ partly for Grok, which is ironic because I hardly use Grok. I did take the Supergrok Heavy offer though to see if Grok Build can compete with Claude Code.

Taking time out. Our beautiful mad wonderful Maple died this morning, devastated doesn’t cover what we’re feeling. Our hearts are broken. Vets said heart attack but she was just one and full of life. It doesn’t make sense, she zoomed into our lives and left whilst doing a zoomie. Hug your fur babies tight because you never know what’s going to happen… RIP our beautiful girl 💔

@elonmusk Elon, My husband Ted and I share this X account, and we’ve posted together many times. But today I wanted to write to you personally, from my own heart. I want to thank you for creating tools that help me learn something new every single day, that make my life better, and that actually make me excited to live longer — because your inventions keep getting more amazing. I was born in 1942 in Normandy, France, under German occupation. In 1946, my family moved to the coast along the English Channel. So many towns and villages had been damaged or destroyed. As children, we played among the old bunkers and in cemeteries. Later in life, I married an American airman, moved to the United States with him, earned a doctorate in education, and spent my career teaching languages. Now I’m 84 years old, retired, and living in Alaska with my husband of 64 years. Not long ago I discovered you and your work. We recently bought a Cyberbeast, and I love everything about it — the comfort, the incredible technology, and especially FSD, which we use every day. We even installed a Starlink dish on our roof so we have reliable internet everywhere in Alaska. I use Grok every single day. Thanks to you, I’m now learning about AI itself — at 84! I also use X daily because it lets me see what’s really happening in the world, without media filters or propaganda, and connect with people from every corner of the globe. Instead of living in the past and reminiscing about the “good old days,” I wake up every morning excited to see what new invention or breakthrough you’re working on and what the future will bring. Thank you, Elon, from the bottom of my old heart. You’ve made this 84-year-old woman feel young and hopeful again. ❤️ Françoise Here we are with our new Cyberbeast !

Last night, I made a simple request on X. I asked if anybody visiting Arlington National Cemetery for Memorial Day would stop by Alan’s grave and leave a photo for our family. What happened next honestly caught me off guard. By this afternoon, dozens of Americans from all walks of life had made the walk to Section 60 to visit SSG Alan W. Shaw. Veterans. Families. Complete strangers. People who had never met Alan, but chose to honor him anyway. For one day on social media, people put aside the constant noise and negativity and came together for something bigger than themselves. My notifications filled with photos, kind messages, prayers, and stories from people honoring not just Alan, but so many of our fallen heroes. I don’t think people fully understand what moments like this mean to Gold Star families. The fear is never just losing them. It’s losing them slowly over time as the world moves on and fewer people remember their name. But today showed me that Alan will never be forgotten. After years of watching social media reward some of the worst parts of humanity, today gave me a reminder that the good is still out there too. Thank you to every single person who stopped by to visit Alan today, said his name, shared his story, or took a moment to honor the fallen. This right here is the America Alan knew and loved enough to fight and die for. And today, y’all showed us all that it’s still here and it’s still worth fighting for. 🇺🇸

Thank you. I don't use the For You tab much because it's mostly clickbait using stories posted on other social media sites pretending to be their story, or stealing content without accrediting the owner. I don't know how monetization works, but if you tag the person whose story or content it is, do you both get paid? There's also a lot of content that's clearly AI videos, but it's not mentioned anywhere. Would be great if it had to say "AI generated" somewhere for anything that is AI.

I am deeply saddened to share the news of my brother Doug McCain’s sudden passing. He was a truly wonderful, joyful man who supported me throughout my life. He brought humor, fun and great conversation to every room. I will cherish our memories together. Our prayers are with his wife Ashley and children Caroline and Shepp.

This is probably a long shot, but if anybody happens to be in DC this weekend and plans on visiting Arlington, I would love to see a fresh photo of my husband’s grave in Section 60. SSG Alan W. Shaw Section 60, Grave 8451 B Co 1/12 Cav, 1st Cavalry Division November 10, 1975 - February 9, 2007 There’s just something about knowing people still stop by, still say his name, still remember. 🇺🇸⭐🇺🇸
