The two motions that started it all were presented by individuals who claim to be against antisemitism but in practice have gaslighted you in the past, revealing indifference and devil-may-care.

@GeorgeAylett You are correct. But a significant minority who actually show up to meetings are either indifferent or have been complicit in this crap. They have made the party an unsafe space. Many of those are the same people pushing these motions.

@NeuroWhoa Are you not getting different tastes - eg salty, sweet? (You need to block your nostrils). Taste is impaired when you’ve got the flu but it often still works. The everything the same feeling comes from smell loss

Maybe two weeks ago I had a slight fever accompanied by complete loss of smell and taste, which lasted just over a week even after fever had gone. It's now emerging that complete loss of smell and taste may be new symptoms/markers of #coronavirus #Covid_19 infection.

@ThatNeilMartin Thanks, very interesting! Everything just tasted exactly the same to me. Bacon sandwich, chocolate cake, fruit etc., may as well all have been like cardboard. Not even cardboard, just nondescript gloop. Same with smell, nothing at all. Will pass on your taste test advice.

I went to work and visited GP as normal, unsuspecting. Even though I'd never experienced loss of smell/taste for such a long time, was told by GP it was normal. I have been #SelfIsolation for 7 days after experiencing "new continuous cough" and intend to remain so until 14 days.
