All of these patients get discussed at MDTB IF low Ki67 (single digit) and liver dominant Bilobar bland embo, 2 sessions Y90 if frail or poor performance status IF significant extra hepatic disease or KI-67 > 20% refer for Lutathera When recurrence after bland embo, Y90 at low dose target (80Gy), often have two lifetime bilobar sessions Oligometastatic disease (or <3 mets) - ablation / surgery / Y90 rad seg #iRad
